Due to the nature of electronics and circuit board repair, Vancouver Cluster Repair cannot guarantee components and circuitry unrelated to the specific repair of symptoms covered in the description of services. In the event that an item is not functioning properly after repair, the customer will have the option to return it to Vancouver Cluster Repair for further testing. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Vancouver Cluster Repair for return authorization before returning the item. Shipping fees for items being returned for testing are the responsibility of the customer. If the item has failed due to failed components or faulty workmanship, Vancouver Cluster Repair retains the right of choice to repair the item at no extra charge or offer a refund of the cost of repair initially paid to Vancouver Cluster Repair by the customer. If it is determined that the failure occurred due to external causes (i.e. faulty wiring, improper installation, failed external components, etc.), any guarantee, written or implied, will be considered null and void. Vancouver Cluster Repair is released of all liability, without limitation, for loss of profits, use, income, product, production, increased cost of operation, rental vehicle fees, or other loss arising in connection with the use of services rendered by Vancouver Cluster Repair. In no circumstances will Vancouver Cluster Repair be held liable or responsible for damages exceeding the total cost of repair paid to Vancouver Cluster Repair by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to have the vehicle properly diagnosed prior to purchasing any one of our products or ordering any of our repair services. Vancouver Cluster Repair be not held liable or responsible for misdiagnosed repairs. Not all items can be repaired. If your item is not repairable, we will refund your payment (less shipping costs and a $75 bench fee) and ship it back to you. REFUNDS ARE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund but instead we will offer you a service credit in the amount of the original purchase which will be valid for a period of six months from the original purchase date.Shipping Costs are Non Refundable.
